Danfoss GmbH in Annemasse, FR is seeking a Planner to translate customer demand into efficient production plans. You will balance capacity, inventory, quality and operations to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, logistics and supply chain teams to maintain smooth material flow and address planning risks, contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of production planning or supply chain experience.
Fluent in English with strong French language skills.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
Ability to analyze demand and capacity and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain production plans aligning demand with capacity and inventory.
Coordinate material, production, and logistics flows to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess capacity constraints and priorities.
Participate in SIOP activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
