Job summary

Pennylane, fintech en plein essor à Paris, recherche un Senior Strategy & Operations pour piloter les roadmaps opérationnels du Core Accounting track, assurer fiabilité, efficacité et montée en charge, et coordonner des initiatives transversales.

Vous avez 5+ années en Strategy & Operations, maîtrise du SQL et des outils d’analyse, et vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais. Poste basé à Paris, contrat français avec avantages et possibilité de travail hybride selon les équipes.

Qualifications

• 5+ années d'expérience en Strategy & Operations ou domaine connexe.
• Capacité à transformer des initiatives stratégiques en plans opérationnels et mesurables.
• Maîtrise du SQL (ou volonté d'apprendre) et outils d'analyse modernes.

Responsibilities

• Établir et prioriser des roadmaps opérationnelles alignées sur les objectifs.
• Concevoir des cadres opérationnels évolutifs pour soutenir la croissance.
• Conduire des analyses pour identifier opportunités et inefficacités.
• Piloter des initiatives stratégiques de l’idéation à la mise en œuvre et à la mesure.
• Assurer la coordination opérationnelle entre les équipes track et les autres équipes produits.

Within our “track-based” organization, the Core Accounting team sits at the heart of our product value proposition: reliability, efficiency, and automation of day-to-day accounting operations. Working directly with the Head of Product for the track, the Senior Strategy & Operations role brings the structure, cadence, and operational standards needed to turn priorities into clear, measurable, and scalable execution within a context of growing complexity (multiple stakeholders, fast trade-offs, monetization topics).

Your responsibilities

Strategic planning and execution

• Partner with the product leadership to define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Design and establish scalable operational frameworks that support our growth

Data-driven decision making

• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and growth levers
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative research

Project leadership

• Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilot programs from ideation through implementation and measurement
• Identify and manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Cross-functional orchestration

• Serve as the operational nexus between the track and horizontal teams including care, sales, and the other product teams.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and alignment across organizational boundaries

Performance management

• Own the OKR process for the track, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability for results
• Design and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor performance against key metrics
• Proactively identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them

Who we’re looking for

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field, with a strong record of scaling business operations in dynamic environments
• Proven track record of translating strategic initiatives into executable operational plans and projects, delivering measurable business impact
• Proficiency in SQL (or willingness to learn) and modern data analysis tools to drive decision-making independently

• Strategic vision: ability to connect business objectives with operational requirements while maintaining focus on long-term goals
• Analytical excellence: skilled at distilling complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes
• Project management rigor: experience leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to implementation
• Communication and influence: exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuade diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving orientation: demonstrated ability to identify root causes and develop innovative, practical solutions

This role is Paris-based only, and unfortunately we're not able to offer a fully remote setup.

You’ll need to be fluent in both French and English for this role.
