Pennylane recherche un ingénieur logiciel full‑stack pour rejoindre l'équipe Growth et soutenir l'internationalisation du site et des parcours utilisateurs. Vous travaillerez sur l'infrastructure, l'automatisation IA et les API pour fluidifier les flux entre outils internes et l'écosystème fintech.

Le candidat idéal maîtrise Ruby on Rails, a une expérience avec Vue/Nuxt et sait exploiter les données via des outils comme GTM/Segment. Environnement remote-friendly et équipes multi-nationnelles.

Qualificações

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Software Engineer.
• Maîtrise de Ruby on Rails. Connaissance d'un framework JS (Vue/Nuxt) est un plus.
• Capacitéà utiliser des outils IA et automatisation pour accélérer le travail.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau B2/C1).
• Adaptabilité à un environnement startup en constante évolution.

Responsabilidades

• Concevoir et faire évoluer l'infrastructure pour l'internationalisation (multi-langues, parcours localisés).
• Concevoir et déployer des outils IA et des workflows automatisés pour l'acquisition de leads à grande échelle.
• Mettre en place et améliorer le tracking des visiteurs pour des dashboards d insights.
• Concevoir et développer des API robustes pour l'intégration avec l'écosystème fintech.
• Lancer des projets d'expérimentation rapide et des optimisations de funnels.

Your mission

You will join our Growth Team and work collaboratively with Thomas the growth engineer team lead within the Marketign website squad.

We are looking for a talented full stack software engineer whose main mission will be to

• Global Scaling: Build and refine the infrastructure supporting our internationalization (multi-language, localized user journeys…).
• Intelligent Automation: Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows to streamline lead acquisition and personalize user experiences at scale.
• Tracking & Insights: Implement and enhance sophisticated visitor tracking systems to turn raw data into actionable growth levers.
• Ecosystem Connectivity: Design and develop robust APIs to ensure seamless data flow between our internal tools and the broader fintech ecosystem.
• High-Velocity Experimentation: Launch needle-moving projects including A/B tests, white-label integrations, predictive lead scoring, and optimized acquisition funnels.
• Performance Optimization: Maintain and push the limits of our public website and registration funnels for peak conversion across all markets.

Who are we looking for ?

To thrive at Pennylane in this position, you need to :

• Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Tech Stack: Mastery of Ruby on Rails. Proficiency in a JS Framework (Vue/Nuxt) is a major plus.
• Efficiency Obsession: You know how to leverage AI tools (LLMs, Copilots, etc.) and automation to move faster and smarter than the average dev.
• Communication: Fluent in French & English (B2/C1). German is a bonus !
• Adaptability: You are energized by an ever-shifting startup environment and love collaborating with diverse stakeholders (Data, Sales, Marketing).

Ideally you’ve already got some knowledge with data tools including data tools integration (GTM, Segment) or data visualization (Datastudio, Looker) and you’re familiar with digital marketing (paid acquisition, conversion, SEO…)
