Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment with at least one year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and inspire your team.
• A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and upholding high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• You are fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Brand Champion: Consistently embody and communicate our brand philosophy, values, and culture to customers, ensuring interaction reflects excellence.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors, instilling a customer-focused approach.
• Product and Brand Expertise: Maintain knowledge of product specs and stay current on company initiatives, including sustainability and athlete stories.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory management tasks, place orders, manage fill-ins, and maintain accurate stock.
• Operational Support: Serve as primary contact for store leadership, IT, and facilities regarding operational matters and BoH training.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with store leadership to align on store functions and drive business success.
