You will deliver warm service, assist with styling across categories, support replenishment and visual standards, and handle in-store checkout while contributing to a seamless omni-channel experience for online orders and pickup.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; able to create welcoming customer experiences.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment balancing engagement and tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with consistent attendance.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, attentive service to customers.
• Support replenishment and maintain organized visuals across the sales floor.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with a friendly checkout experience.
• Support omni-channel tasks including Save the Sale orders, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store packaging.
