Abercrombie & Fitch France SAS is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

The role requires 20-25 hours weekly with weekend availability and peak-period hours. CEFR B2 English and French, strong customer focus, and energetic, adaptable attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Education — High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred
• Retail experience — At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• Supervisor/Managerial experience — No supervisory/ management experience is required
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & French, required

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
