You will work at the intersection of research and engineering, turning state-of-the-art models into production-ready services affecting millions of candidates and recruiters.

Collaborate with AI scientists, software engineers, and product leaders to drive innovation across the stack from research experiments to cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• PhD in ML/CS/Applied Math with 3+ years in R&D.
• Master's degree in a related field with strong research background.
• Strong Python expertise with ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying AI models to production and building scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, production-ready AI models.
• Bridge research and engineering: prototype, evaluate, and deploy ML/NLP models.
• Architect and maintain data pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features.
