Hrflow is recruiting year-round for AI research roles in Paris, offering opportunities to design and optimize AI models that tackle HR challenges. You will analyze performance, collaborate with researchers and engineers, and stay at the forefront of AI developments while presenting findings to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in advanced CS/AI degrees, proficient in Python, and experienced with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Formación

• Enrolled in an advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals and statistical analysis.
