Job summary

HrFlow.ai is hiring a full-stack software engineer to design and deliver scalable AI-powered HR solutions. You will work across backend and frontend teams using Python, Next.js, React.js, and modern databases.

You will mentor developers, participate in code reviews, and optimize performance while staying current with new tools. This role offers challenging problems and a fast-paced, impact-driven environment in Paris.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Python frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Knowledge of front-end tech (React.js, Next.js, Tailwind).
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaborator ethos.
• Ability to lead and mentor other developers.

Your Mission

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions using Python, Next.js, and React.js.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and refine software requirements.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and other technical challenges.
• Staying updated with the latest developments tools and technologies.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and providing timely solutions.

About You - Must Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and libraries.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React.js, Next.js, Tailwind...).
• Experience with database design and SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL...).
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes...).
• experience with cloud platforms and build tools (e.g. AWS, CI/CD...)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, design patterns and code reviews...
