Algolia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (IC4) to enhance scalable infrastructure with a focus on CI/CD, observability, and Kubernetes hosting. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate across product, software, and SRE teams to sustain reliability and performance of our search products.

Based in Paris with flexible remote options, you will help transition legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures and contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Golang and Python with strong software craftmanship.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Observability, monitoring and alerting design experience.
• Experience managing Kubernetes-based architectures in the cloud.

Responsabilités

• Design, optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve speed and reliability.
• Lead observability enhancements and incident response efforts.
• Develop and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Drive system scaling, performance improvements and cost efficiency.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform goals with business needs.
