Algolia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (IC4) to join the Platform As a Service team. You will enhance scalable infrastructure with a focus on CI/CD, observability, and Kubernetes-based hosting.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to improve reliability and performance of Algolia’s Search products. You will bridge gaps between junior and senior staff, contribute to long-term infrastructure strategies, and help transition legacy systems to modern

Qualifications

• Proficient in Golang and Python; Ruby a plus.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Experience designing monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks.

• CI/CD Development and Maintenance: design and optimize pipelines for faster, reliable delivery.
• Observability Enhancement: lead monitoring and alerting improvements for critical systems.
