Fipto, a fintech company building blockchain-powered payments infrastructure, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the pre-sales cycle and end-to-end onboarding of regulated institutions in France. You will join calls, tailor proposals, and collaborate with the commercial, Product, Compliance and Engineering teams to craft scalable onboarding journeys.

You will translate MiCA, AML and travel rule requirements into concrete steps, coordinate KYB/KYC milestones, and help build a scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fintech, payments, or B2B financial services.
• End-to-end onboarding of regulated institutions.
• Strong writing and verbal communication in English and French.
• Ability to read technical documentation and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Join calls and product demonstrations, contributing technical expertise.
• Qualify prospect requirements across payments, treasury, compliance, and integration.
• Coordinate onboarding with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete onboarding steps for prospects.
