Orchestrade is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to join our engineering‑facing Client Solutions team in Paris. You will implement, configure and troubleshoot a sophisticated PMS, collaborating with software engineers and client teams.

You will gain hands‑on experience with enterprise software, APIs, databases and distributed systems while supporting deployments and production operation.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering or a similar technical role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Good programming skills in an object‑oriented language (C#, Java, Python or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand complex software architectures and data flows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Interest in enterprise software, distributed systems and financial technology.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack
• Debug application behavior using logs, SQL queries, APIs and development tools
• Configure and customize the Orchestrade platform to meet client requirements
• Validate new features and participate in functional and regression testing
• Analyze production incidents, identify root causes and propose sustainable fixes
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Product Management and QA teams
• Support system integrations with third‑party applications and market infrastructure
• Optimize platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Document technical investigations, solutions and implementation best practices
• Interact with client technical teams during implementations and production support
