Fipto is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the Paris area to join the pre-sales and onboarding teams. You will combine technical expertise with commercial insight to qualify prospects, respond to RFPs, and tailor architecture proposals.

You will coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Product, Compliance and Engineering, translating regulatory needs into actionable steps while supporting clients through complex onboarding journeys.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or B2B financial services.
Experience onboarding regulated institutions (PSPs, brokers, banks) with KYB/KYC.
Strong knowledge of payment operations and compliance requirements.
Ability to read REST APIs/docs without coding.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

Join calls and product demonstrations to provide technical and operational input.
Qualify prospect requirements across payments, treasury, compliance, and integration.
Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs and craft tailored proposals.
Coordinate onboarding with Product, Compliance, and Engineering; manage KYB/KYC milestones.
Advise on operational implications and regulatory requirements (MiCA, PSD2/PSD3, travel rule).
Provide market feedback to Product and create sales enablement materials.
Help build the pre-sales function as the team scales.
