Dynatrace is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead deployment and design engagements for enterprise clients, guiding implementations of the Dynatrace platform at scale in hybrid environments.

You will work with product engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, and mentor client engineers while coordinating across accounts. Remote role with occasional travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in large Enterprise environments.
• Experience with Dynatrace or Observability/APM is a major plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in client-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security basics.
• Hands-on experience with container-based solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment and guided implementations of the Dynatrace platform at scale.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to address functional gaps.
• Consult and lead multi-day meetings to assess technologies and processes.
• Mentor client engineers and propagate best practices across teams.
