Jobtailor is seeking an expert in observability to lead migration efforts to Dynatrace Synthetic and to design monitoring probes for critical user journeys. The role focuses on implementing standards, validating probes, and driving improvements across teams.

The candidate will mentor teams, automate processes via scripting and APIs, and facilitate technical workshops to enable autonomous probe management.

Qualifications

Experience with migration projects to Dynatrace Synthetic.
Experience implementing observability practices at an organizational scale.
In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring.
Industrialization‑oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

Analyze the current setup and participate in the migration of Newtest probes to Dynatrace Synthetic.
Design, configure and deploy monitoring probes tailored to critical user journeys.
Ensure configuration, testing and validation of new probes.
Maintain and evolve existing monitoring scenarios.
Oversee application health and contribute to improving availability.
Define and implement monitoring standards, templates and best practices.
Contribute to process automation via scripting and APIs.
Support Feature Teams in adopting observability tools.
Transfer knowledge to enable teams to be autonomous in managing their probes.
Lead technical workshops and produce associated documentation.
