Datadog’s Implementation Services team designs and guides the execution of customer implementations, building technical roadmaps and leading the journey from discovery to launch.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Customer Success, TAM, and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding and rapid value delivery. 5+ years as an Architect or Consultant in professional services is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Architect or Consultant in professional services.
• Design and deliver DevOps monitoring solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Proficiency with IaC and CI/CD tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, including architecture and deployment.
• Lead customer onboarding through co-development sessions and unblock blockers.
• Create deployment templates and automation for scalable deployments.
• Manage implementation projects and timelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, TAM, and Sales for onboarding excellence.
