Dynatrace, a leader in software intelligence, seeks an Architecture Team member to guide enterprise deployments of the Dynatrace platform at scale. You will lead skilled engineers across accounts, isolate performance issues, and drive improvements while collaborating with product engineering to align on gaps and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Prior Work or Consulting in large Enterprise/Corporate environments.
• Prior Experience using Dynatrace or managing Observability/APM solutions a major plus.
• Solid understanding of a variety of Cloud technologies and offerings such as AWS, Azure or GCP with at least expertise and/or certification in one while having an aptitude and appetite to learn others quickly.
• Solid understanding of network topologies, routing, network security, security protocols, routing, load balancers and capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of a Container based solutions using Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes and similar products.

Responsabilités

• Lead very skilled engineering staff of our customers on enterprise deployments.
• Dive in to help isolate major performance issues and provide solutions mitigating performance problems.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to articulate functional gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Update wider consultancy teams with best practices, lessons learned and key guidance.
• Work hands-on on deployments and automation for customers and internal teams.
