osapiens seeks a Senior Solution Engineer focused on Manufacturing & Automotive to act as the technical voice for a vertical, translating regulatory and efficiency requirements into a concrete OS API-based value delivered via the osapiens HUB. You will collaborate with Account Executives in front of sustainability, procurement and IT leaders across industries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in solution engineering, presales, consulting (tech focused) or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Understanding of value chain, operating model, regulatory pressures and digital landscape of the industry.
• Ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, incl. POCs and security reviews; deal sizes north of €250K.
• Experience with SAP / non-SAP integrations and RFx processes.
• Ability to map regulatory or operational pain to ROI and deployment roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Be the Solution Engineering owner of the assigned industry’s enterprise opportunities from tailoring platform deep-dive to closing.
• Design and deliver vertical-tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB with industry-specific KPIs.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept anchored in industry value drivers.
• Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems relevant to the vertical.
• Own RFPs, RFIs, and IT-Integration topics.
• Maintain the competitive picture and grow a reference base for the vertical.
• Represent osapiens at industry events and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and multi-threading.
• Provide feedback to Product on roadmap needs and competitive intelligence.
• Mentor junior SEs and help scale the SE function.
