osapiens is a Paris-based company seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead the Manufacturing & Automotive vertical. You will work with Account Executives to translate complex compliance and efficiency needs into a clear value proposition of the osapiens HUB for CPG, Retail, and manufacturing sectors in Paris.

You will own end-to-end pursuits from platform deep dives to POCs and integration with SAP ecosystems, mentor junior SEs, and feed insights to Product for roadmap shaping while supporting

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solution engineering, presales, or sales engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of value chain, regulatory pressures, and digital landscape.
• Experience owning complex enterprise deals end-to-end incl. POCs and security reviews.
• Strong fluency in REST APIs, SAP, SSO, cloud architecture, and data modeling.
• Ability to map regulatory/operational pain to ROI and KPI-driven roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% to client sites across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Be the Solution Engineering owner of your industry’s enterprise opportunities at osapiens.
• Design and deliver vertical-tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept anchored in your industry’s value drivers.
• Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems relevant to your vertical.
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and IT-Integration topics.
• Own the competitive picture and contribute to reference bases.
• Represent osapiens at industry events and customer advisory boards.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and enablement.
