Dassault Systèmes is seeking a strategic Industry Business Developer for CPG to accelerate growth across North America and globally. You will define market development strategies, expand pipeline, and drive revenue by engaging executive stakeholders and leading high-value engagements in Lab, Material Science, Formulation, and Modeling & Simulation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, or a scientific field.
• 10+ to 15+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in business development or strategic sales.
• Proven success selling into Lab, Material Science, Formulation, or Modeling & Simulation within CPG (Food, Cosmetics, Laundry, Packaging).
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of CPG industry challenges and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Established industry network to accelerate business growth.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and execute strategic market development opportunities in CPG.
• Build and drive targeted account strategies to accelerate pipeline and deal closure.
• Own and deliver a five-quarter rolling revenue forecast.
• Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across complex sales cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align industry strategy, client priorities, and value messaging.
• Develop scalable customer success stories with KPIs, win/loss insights, and references.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and client engagement tracking within CRM systems.
