This full time, on-site role seeks a Solar & BESS Construction Site Manager responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines, coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining project quality and performance.

Remuneration: from 48K to 60K per year

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Site Management.
• Proficiency in Liaising with clients, Supervising construction workers and Ensuring construction schedule.
• Experience managing large-scale solar projects or BESS installations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle construction challenges.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
• Electrical understanding of photovoltaic and battery storage systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English&French; proficiency in German or other European languages is beneficial.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environment and travel as needed.
