Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Manager BESS based in France to deliver Battery Energy Storage System projects across Europe, from contract review through installation, commissioning, testing, and handover. You will coordinate customers, EPCs, contractors, factories, logistics teams, and internal technical stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
• 2-6 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, installation management, commissioning, or technical project delivery within the energy sector.
• Experience with BESS, ESS, PV, or related energy projects.
• Strong ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and system layouts.
• Experience working with contractors/EPCs and on-site project environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel very frequently across Europe, including extended periods at sites.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate execution of BESS projects across Europe from installation through handover.
• Oversee on-site installation activities ensuring compliance with plans and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks, delays, and issues.
• Serve as primary technical coordination point during installation and commissioning.
• Review electrical drawings and ensure designs are correctly implemented on site.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues during installation and testing.
• Supervise contractors and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with customers, EPCs, factory, logistics, and other stakeholders to stay aligned.
• Translate contractual requirements into actionable project activities and monitor milestones.
