Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to support our Southeast region from offices in Cary, Charlotte, or Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on site civil design and project management for industrial, pharmaceutical, and municipal facilities, including grading, hydraulic modeling, utility design, and stormwater control.

You will lead permitting efforts, supervise junior engineers, and work closely with clients to deliver solutions and grow relationships. Some local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8 years or more of experience in site civil projects.
• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE License in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design and permitting for industrial, pharmaceutical, and municipal facilities.
• Manage planning, design, and permitting to meet contracts, drawings, specs, and codes.
• Coordinate resources and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervise staff.
• Communicate with clients and develop long-term relationships.
