Jobot is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineer to support a variety of residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction. The role emphasizes site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting, with collaboration across engineers, planners, developers, contractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, EIT/PE licensure, and hands-on land development experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT or PE license.
• Previous land development design experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial development.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with GIS.
• Experience with ICPR or SWMM stormwater modeling.
• Roadway design experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare engineering design plans, calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality, utility, and infrastructure calculations.
• Develop site plans, utility plans, drainage plans, and construction drawings for land development projects.
• Support residential, commercial, and master-planned community developments.
• Coordinate designs with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate permitting efforts with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning requirements and municipal regulations.
• Resolve design challenges and construction conflicts in the field.
