Qualifikationen

• Active PE license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of land-development/site-civil design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with stormwater design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
• Familiarity with permitting workflows; GIS experience is a plus.
• Experience with coordination or mentorship roles.

Aufgaben

• Assess site feasibility (grading, drainage, access).
• Develop detailed Civil 3D models and drawings (grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control).
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic calculations per regulations.
• Lead QA/QC reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for permits.
• Support construction through RFIs, addenda, and site visits.
