You will govern CMDB data quality, design and implement ITSM processes, and build integrations with external systems across MID Servers, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools.

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform within the ITSM landscape.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and enhance ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, scripts, and platform customizations to support business needs.
• Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and participation in release planning and risk mitigation.
• Lead the CMDB design, population, maintenance, and continuous improvement with alignment to the CSDM.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB and external systems (MID Servers, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, ITOM).
• Develop and maintain Import Sets, Transform Maps, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Promote data governance and drive adoption of the CSDM framework for consistent service modeling.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and DevOps teams; mentor junior admins and developers; produce technical documentation.
