Stellantis in Poissy is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join the CMDB & CSDM team. This hands-on technical role involves configuring, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of the enterprise CMDB on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in IT Service Management and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in ServiceNow's configuration management processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Configuration Management, IT Operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB CI classes and attributes.
• Execute CI lifecycle management processes including creation and retirement.
• Manage data quality rules and ensure CI data integrity.
