Jobtailor in Nantes is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM to lead delivery activities and build lasting client relationships.

You will be accountable for service quality, contractual compliance, and the overall performance of the delivery area, with responsibilities spanning design, go-live, and ongoing optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&S CM and managing complex delivery programs.
• Strong capability in budgeting, quality assurance, and contract compliance.
• Proven track record in pre-sales support, estimations, and commercial proposals.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship management in Transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects (design, go-live, deployment) while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and the profitability of projects.
• Oversee internal and external teams (consultants, project managers, architects, partners) and track project progress.
• Participate in pre-sales activities: responding to tenders, estimations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage sensitive situations.
• Support clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive the financial performance of the activity: margins, utilization rates, billing, and payment tracking.
• Manage, lead, and develop teams with the support of middle managers (recruitment, training, evaluation, and engagement).
• Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services business and to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and best practices.
