Synopsys seeks an accomplished security and compliance engineering leader to drive certification programs and robust security practices for AI engineering simulation products.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and legal to enforce security policies, manage open-source compliance, and perform audits that reduce risk and improve regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• BS in cybersecurity, CS or related field with 5 years of experience, MS with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Proven experience managing certification projects (SOC2, ISO 27001 or equivalent).
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge including audit processes and risk management.
• Experience with open-source compliance and license management.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, engineering simulation tools, and software development practices.
• Excellent documentation and reporting for audit and compliance activities.

Responsabilités

• Leading certification projects across multiple standards, including SOC2 and other frameworks.
• Implementing and managing security management practices for AI engineering simulation products.
• Coordinating open-source compliance efforts to meet regulatory requirements.
• Performing regular security audits and risk assessments, documenting findings and remediation.
• Collaborating with engineering, product and legal teams to design security policies.
• Developing and delivering training and awareness programs on security and compliance.
• Staying up to date with threats, regulations, and industry standards to enhance security posture.
