Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. seeks an accomplished Security Engineer with a DevOps perspective to secure the SimAI platform from development to cloud deployment. You will automate security assessments, lead SOC2 compliance efforts, and coordinate external pentests with the engineering team to continuously improve security.

You will collaborate with SimAI engineers and product teams to embed security into design and operations, staying current with threats and standards to protect AI-driven engineering tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• MS with 3 years' experience or PhD with 1 year' experience
• Strong knowledge in cybersecurity and secure development tooling
• Experience securing cloud infrastructure and automating compliance controls
• Familiarity with AI technologies and engineering simulation tools

Responsibilities

• Implement robust security for the SimAI platform across development and cloud deployment.
• Automate security assessments and SOC2 compliance activities.
• Lead external pentests and drive remediation with engineering teams.
