Uprizon, a fast-growing digital consulting startup in France, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. You will lead Salesforce consulting and implementation projects, guiding clients through digital transformation and shaping CRM solutions within multi-cloud environments.

We value rigorous, autonomous professionals fluent in French and English, with strong project management and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing processes.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Salesforce certifications are held.

Responsabilités

• Lead Salesforce consulting and implementation missions across complete project cycles.
• Manage teams (on-site / remote / nearshore) and ensure timely delivery.
• Framing, workshop facilitation, gathering and formalizing needs, modeling target processes.

Profile:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Within multidisciplinary teams at our clients, you will lead Salesforce consulting and implementation missions on complete project cycles. As a key player in our clients' digital transformation, you identify business issues and translate them into integrated Salesforce solutions. Your scope of intervention includes:

• Project management, monitoring of schedules and deliverables, risk management, project reporting
• Team management (on-site / remote / nearshore)
• Framing, client workshop facilitation, gathering and formalization of needs, modeling of target processes
• Design of Salesforce CRM, design papers and patterns, specification writing, demonstration of prototypes
• Submission of recommendations and best practices concerning customer and user experience, business processes, functional architecture, and tool adoption
• Implementation of complex Salesforce projects, multi-cloud and integrated with clients' IS
• Extension of CRM through the implementation of AppExchanges and partner solutions
• Supervision of the drafting and execution of test scenarios
• User training and change management
• Contribution to pre-sales and technological watch around Salesforce solutions
• Technology watch on Salesforce solutions
• Mentorship and coaching of less experienced colleagues

Graduate of a leading business or engineering school, you wish to pursue your professional career in the consulting world. You have a penchant for digital and new technologies and are naturally curious. Dynamic and demanding environments stimulate you.

Required Skills:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation
• You have advanced knowledge of sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing processes
• You have good proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
• You have perfect mastery of office tools
• You hold one or more Salesforce certifications
