Chloé is seeking an experienced Ready-to-Wear Merchandiser to help define and execute the RTW strategic plan within a luxury fashion context. You will translate targets and design vision into carry-over and seasonal assortments while coordinating with product development and sales teams.

You will monitor regional performance, support pricing and storytelling, and ensure accurate product information and store readiness. English fluency is required, French a plus.

Formación

• Significant experience in Ready-to-Wear Merchandising within luxury fashion.
• Strong product sensitivity and understanding of RTW collections and client expectations.
• Solid analytical skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience managing seasonal assortments and driving product performance.

Responsabilidades

• Define the collection plan brief based on category strategy and history.
• Monitor retail performance by region and category and liaise with Sales Merchandising for market feedback.
• Collaborate with PD to keep PLM up-to-date and analyze collection efficiency.
• Supervise collection development tools and support product follow-up with the merchandising team.
• Lead competition analysis on collection structure and market evolutions.
