Chloé is seeking a senior Ready-to-Wear Merchandising professional to shape the RTW strategic plan and translate targets into seasonal assortments within an efficient collection framework. You will track performance, collaborate with PD, and ensure PLM accuracy up to store training, while leading the team and managing seasonal dynamics.

Ideal candidates bring significant luxury RTW merchandising experience, strong market insight, and proven ability to drive product performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Ready-to-Wear Merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong product sensitivity and understanding of RTW collections, market trends and client expectations.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate business insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience managing seasonal assortments and driving product performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Organized, agile and solution-oriented mindset.
• Previous team management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participates in the definition of the collection plan brief based on the category strategy, sales history and competition.
• Monitors retail performance by region and category to aliment the PD and design and liaise with Sales merchandising to gather qualitative feedback from markets.
• Collaborate actively with PD to ensure PLM is kept up-to-date and analyze the collection efficiency, including seasonals and carry-overs.
• Supervises collection development monitoring tools to support product follow-up with the collection merchandising assistant.
• Assist the prebuy and pricing process.
• Prepares buying tools for the buying sessions and supports the brief preparation with the collection merchandising assistant.
• Leads the competition analysis in terms of collection structure and market evolutions, in collaboration with Sales Merchandising
• Guarantees the storytelling and accuracy of product information, up till store training
• Coordinates 360 product actions (Press samples, clients, training, e-commerce, sustainability ).
