EDP, a global energy company active in renewable projects, is looking for a land development professional in Paris with hybrid work flexibility. You will manage land acquisitions, lead negotiations, and coordinate permitting with legal and commercial teams to advance projects from inception to authorization.

You will engage with public authorities, landowners, and local communities, support due diligence and budgeting, and help drive market analysis, deal structuring, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in business development or project development.
• Renewable energy experience preferred.
• Strong market analysis, planning, and deal structuring fundamentals.
• Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, and Google Earth.
• Willing to travel and engage with stakeholders on-site.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate land lease or purchase agreements with legal and commercial teams.
• Represent the company with authorities, TSOs, landowners, and communities.
• Coordinate permitting processes and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative authorizations.
• Assist in due diligence for project acquisitions (M&A).
• Support budget monitoring, risk management and business planning.
• Monitor project profitability throughout the process.
• Communicate across teams and external partners to align and execute.
• Contribute to learning and adoption of best practices and new technologies.
