Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing field employees and subcontractors.
• Commercial roofing and/or solar construction experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from project kickoff through completion.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules and quality control.
• Serve as the on-site representative of Advanced Green Technologies.
• Impact production performance, team morale, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
