ENGIE is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to support renewable energy projects across their full lifecycle. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage risks and opportunities, and harmonize practices with global teams.

You will train RF teams, develop tools, and lead contract management initiatives to improve processes and governance. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management experience in large energy projects.
• Strong background in energy, renewables preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong digital capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical contract management support across the full project lifecycle (development to closeout)
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; support on claims and change orders
• Help ensure obligations, risks, and opportunities are actively tracked and managed
• Participate in project reviews to challenge risk allocation and ensure compliance with RF standards
• Analyze existing contracts and compare with RF-GBU principles to identify gaps, best practices, and opportunities for harmonization
• Co-develop and deliver a Contract Management Training Plan for RF teams
• Animate training sessions and promote a contract-aware culture across project teams
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of transversal contract management tools (e.g., quick guides, dashboards, MCVs)
• Support continuous improvement of internal contract management processes and templates
• Willing and able to travel frequently with variable durations depending on project needs
