Jobgether, partnering with a France-based company, seeks an IT Automation & Platform Engineer to transform internal IT into a scalable, automated platform. You will architect and operate a business systems ecosystem including Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, and engineering tools, building APIs, integrations, and self-service capabilities.

This senior role focuses on security, compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), Zero Trust, SSO/SCIM, and cloud operations on AWS and GCP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems engineering with SaaS or tech experience, incl. 3+ years in a senior role.
• Strong programming and scripting capabilities in Python, Go, and Bash for production automation and tooling.
• Hands-on AWS and GCP experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3).
• API/integration engineering experience including REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SDKs.
• MacOS/Linux know-how; SSO/SAML/SCIM provisioning; Zero Trust access models.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR compliance programs or audits.
• Remote-first or globally distributed work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, LLM APIs, AI copilots, or knowledge retrieval is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Architect, administer, and continuously improve internal business systems, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, and engineering tools.
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across SaaS platforms and business systems.
• Build automation tooling and internal services using Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Develop internal CLI tools, automation services, dashboards, bots, and ChatOps integrations.
• Create API-driven integrations using REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Automate CRM workflows, data synchronization, entitlement provisioning, onboarding, and access management.
• Establish a golden path with self-service IT workflows and developer-friendly APIs.
• Identify AI-assisted solutions for support, ticket triage, and knowledge retrieval.
• Provide senior escalation support with root-cause analysis and people-first approach.
• Operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP and maintain security controls.
