Jobgether is seeking a Staff Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure powering a modern developer platform. You will lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, build IaC and GitOps foundations, and drive reliability with SLOs and strong security practices.

The role requires expert Kubernetes and AWS experience, PostgreSQL and data infrastructure skills, and a product-minded approach in a remote-first team across Europe, with emphasis on France and broader

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps, with production-scale systems.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Experience with BYOC, single-tenant, on-prem, or air-gapped deployments.
• Strong AWS expertise; GCP/Azure a plus.
• Advanced Terraform usage including modules and multi-account architectures.
• Strong PostgreSQL expertise including performance tuning and migrations.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO audits, and security reviews.
• Understanding of observability, incident response, and deployment automation.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale cloud infrastructure for the platform, including compute, networking, and data services.
• Lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, including provisioning and observability.
• Build Infrastructure as Code and GitOps foundations for fast, reliable delivery.
• Establish reliability through SLOs, monitoring, and incident management.
