Alice & Bob is a pioneering quantum startup in Île-de-France, building the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. As Senior Project Purchaser you will manage the entire procurement process for infrastructure spanning nanofabrication to cryogenics, collaborating with Experiments and Engineering teams to secure the best tools and resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in industrial or technological fields.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in highly technical sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent organization and structure to balance multiple projects with clear communication.
• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Partner with internal teams to define needs and guide the selection of the best solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet budget and timeline goals while pushing for innovation.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and expand the supplier network.
• Drive procurement process improvements within an agile, rapidly evolving organization.
• Monitor market trends to ensure availability of advanced and cost-effective solutions.
