Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of QA Engineering based in France to lead the end‑to‑end QA strategy across multiple teams.

You will drive quality gates, establish metrics, and partner with product, engineering, and UX to ensure scalable quality across a complex platform. You will oversee two QA teams, mentor managers and senior engineers, and evolve the organization to support rapid growth while remaining hands‑on when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA or quality engineering in large engineering orgs (100–500+ staff).
• Defined end‑to‑end QA strategies, gates, and data‑driven decisions.
• Led managers, principal engineers, and individual contributors.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end QA strategy and quality gates across teams.
