Lever, Inc. in France is seeking a Senior QA Manual (AI Product) to ensure quality across mobile, web, and backend in a fast-paced release cycle. This fully remote role emphasizes planning testing, documenting cases, and enhancing QA with AI tooling.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify defects early, write clear reproduction steps, and drive test coverage in a high-frequency release environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual QA across mobile, web, and backend environments.
• Ability to create and execute checklists, test cases, and structured QA documentation.
• Understanding of client-server architecture and Agile release cycles.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail/Allure, MS SQL Server, Fiddler and Postman.
• Experience using AI tools in a QA workflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving, with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios, and coverage for product releases.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and test documentation.
• Test and stabilize patches within a rapid release cycle, supporting deployments several times per week.
• Perform hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend components.
• Identify defects quickly and document them clearly for engineering teams.
• Work with client-server applications and assess how changes affect different parts of the product.
• Support QA activities throughout the Agile development and release lifecycle.
• Continuously improve QA processes by standardizing repetitive checks and eliminating unnecessary manual work.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute a product-focused perspective to improve user experience and product quality.
