Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Manual QA (Front SEO) for a France-based remote role. You will join a growing QA team and focus on frontend and technical SEO testing to ensure web product quality and search performance.

Your responsibilities include creating test documentation, performing functional and regression tests, validating releases, and collaborating with developers and product teams to improve QA practices and deliver reliable digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Manual QA or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture for web apps.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS and testing websites.
• Experience applying test design techniques for coverage.
• Ability to create and maintain test docs including test cases and checklists.
• Hands-on with Git, Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience using browser Developer Tools for debugging/testing.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts (indexing, crawling, schemas, HTTP status).
• Familiarity with SSR rendering approaches.
• Understanding of PWA principles is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Sentry is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in iGaming is a plus.
• Attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Analyze technical requirements and participate in task discussions.
• Create and maintain test documentation (cases, checklists, specs).
• Validate releases and identify issues to support production readiness.
• Perform functional, regression and acceptance testing of web products.
• Analyze test results and maintain relevant test suites.
• Test frontend with focus on technical SEO and accessibility.
• Conduct product demos when required.
• Collaborate with devs and product teams to investigate issues.
• Track features and defects through the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing approaches.
• Document issues clearly and prioritize with teams.
