TCL Solar in Lyon, France, seeks a seasoned Technical Proposal & Bid Specialist to lead bidding for overseas accounts and utility-scale projects. You independently draft technical proposals, verify electrical parameters, and provide precise clarifications in response to customer RFQs.

You will align module-system matching with local grid codes, use PVsyst to simulate performance, optimize sizing for higher PR and IRR, and participate in market access, certification coordination, and front-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field with PV module principles and power electronics fundamentals.
• Minimum 10 years in PV, with 5+ years in pre-sales technical support for modules or systems and overseas bidding experience.
• Familiarity with IEC 61215/61730 and UL 1703/61730.
• Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Excel-based electrical calculations.
• English proficiency for daily communications; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead bidding processes for overseas accounts and utility-scale projects; draft technical proposals and provide precise clarifications to RFQs.
• Match modules to grid codes; simulate performance with PVsyst; optimize string sizing and inverter matching for better PR and IRR.
• Deliver product training to overseas teams and respond to technical queries on power tolerance, bifaciality, LID/PID, mechanical loading, and fire safety.
