Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Public Sector team in France. You will drive complex new business opportunities and expand Iron Mountain's presence across the French Public Sector, engaging with high-level government stakeholders and positioning Iron Mountain as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and information governance.

Qualifications

Experience selling enterprise solutions in SaaS, digital transformation, or information management.
Strong knowledge of French public sector procurement processes.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build enterprise pipelines.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Growth: lead business development initiatives focused on French Public Sector organizations and government entities.
End-to-End Sales Execution: manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract award.
Stakeholder Engagement: establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior government decision-makers.
Public Tender Leadership: drive complex negotiated procedures and RFP responses per procurement frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with legal, solution engineering, and bid management teams to deliver high-value proposals.
