Job summary

Biomemory seeks a Senior Project Manager to structure and lead high-stakes client projects. You will work alongside a peer Project Manager, handling engagements from scoping through delivery and closing for global key accounts including public/defense sectors.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage risks, and build ROI models to support profitable delivery. This onsite Paris role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and offers cross-functional collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in client project management with key accounts.
• Proven ability to handle difficult client situations under pressure.
• Strong autonomy and relational maturity during scoping and tension phases.
• Comfortable working in a growing deeptech startup.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead client projects end to end: scoping, planning, follow-up, risk management.
• Act as trusted contact for major accounts, maintaining composure in tense situations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee delivery quality and deadlines.
• Develop cost and ROI models and track them throughout projects.
• Produce tracking reports and ensure timely client acceptance for billing.
• Contribute to offers, contracts and client-facing product documentation.
• Assist in post-project reviews and strategic client relationship building.
