Global data creation is exploding. Only ~30% of the world's data is durably stored, and data centers already consume around 2% of global electricity. As volumes double every few years, the silicon-based storage model is reaching its structural limits.
Biomemory is a global pioneer in the DNA data storage market. We develop IT-friendly DNA Data Storage and cybersecurity solutions engineered for data center environments. Our interoperable, modular architecture combines biosecure DNA media, industrialized end-to-end write / store / read processes, and an interoperable IT interface — creating a brand-new storage tier optimized for density, longevity and operational efficiency.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Paris, we closed a €17M Series A in early 2025 (led by Crédit Mutuel Innovation, with Bpifrance, Blast and others) and were selected as a French Tech 2030 laureate. We're scaling fast — we acquired one of our competitors based in the US and now we're bringing our offer to market.
Join us in redefining the future of data storage.
About the role
As Senior Project Manager, you will structure and lead client projects contractually engaged with Biomemory, working alongside another Project Manager already in place (a peer relationship, with no hierarchical link between the two roles). You will focus in particular on our most demanding key accounts — large enterprises and public / defense institutions — carrying projects from engagement through delivery and closing, ensuring a win-win outcome for clients and Biomemory.

- Act as the trusted point of contact on our most demanding key accounts (major enterprises, public / defense institutions), bringing composure and perspective to complex or tense situations.
- Manage critical situations diplomatically but effectively, in Biomemory's interest while maximizing client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and anticipate with Biomemory's internal teams to guarantee delivery quality and contractual deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with any regulatory constraints associated with the project.
- Build project cost and ROI models, implement and track them throughout the project.
- Produce tracking reports and documentation; ensure efficient and timely client acceptance of deliverables to enable billing.
Tools & process
- Define client project-tracking protocols and tools that can be deployed globally within Biomemory, respecting the confidentiality level defined for each project.
- Set up and maintain project-tracking information bases, accessible to authorized Biomemory staff.
- Train clients on the ticketing system used to raise questions and incidents, in line with Biomemory's client support protocols.
- Contribute to defining client support procedures and tools within projects.
- Leverage engaged projects to strengthen client relationships, extend engagements to other projects, and build strategic, lasting partnerships.
- Build trust to continuously reinforce Biomemory's credibility with clients.
- Build and coordinate client acculturation and training plans, and contribute to their rollout.
- Develop a fine-grained understanding of clients' organizations and their decision-making and technology-adoption processes.
- Coordinate with the sales team on account management for client accounts.
Cross-functional contribution
- Contribute to the design of offers and contracts alongside the Product Management team, acting as the voice of engaged clients.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of client-facing “Product” documentation, with the Product Management team.
- Take part in end-of-project (and in-project) reviews with the relevant teams, to strengthen Biomemory's ability to manage projects of growing scale.
- Contribute to gathering market and competitive intelligence for consolidation within the Business Unit.
Special cross-functional project (worldwide)
- Lead the definition, development and deployment of the “customer on-boarding” protocols and tools, enabling clients to use and administer Biomemory's solutions as fast and easily as possible.
