• Implement and improve the Project HSE Management System for safe project execution.
• Develop a strong safety and environmental culture within the team.
• Drive the project team and contractors toward high level HSE performance.
• Ensure proper HSE reporting and KPI follow-up.
• Develop lean HSE processes used by the project teams.
