Voltalia, a global Independent Power Producer active in solar, wind, hydro, biomass and storage, seeks an Health, Safety & Environment Manager to promote and ensure the health and safety of workers and subcontractors, and to ensure legal compliance within the local organization.

You will implement Voltalia policies, lead a skilled team, develop training programs, and drive continuous improvement through audits and KPI reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in management or engineering; postgraduate HSE studies.
• 5+ years experience in similar HSE roles.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Promote and ensure health and safety of workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Voltalia requirements and applicable laws.
• Implement local HSE policies and monitor regulatory documents.
• Lead and manage HSE technicians and contractors.
• Develop and approve Health & Safety Plans for productive activities.
• Define and implement training programs.
• Establish annual HSE audit program and conduct safety audits.
• Report HSE KPIs on a corporate basis.
