Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead and advance health, safety, and environmental practices for a major French project. You will drive compliance with the Labour Code, SPS coordination, and ISO standards while guiding contractors and internal teams toward a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include developing HSE plans, conducting risk assessments, coordinating emergency drills, and delivering KPI-driven reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional HSE certification such as GradIOSH, CMIOSH, CSP, CRSP, or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; working knowledge of French is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Lead and maintain the Project HSE Management Plan per French legislation and company standards.
• Provide strategic HSE leadership to Project Director and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with French Labour Code, environmental regulations, and SPS coordination requirements.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, and HSE assurance.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Oversee HSE team and subcontractor performance; review RAMS and method statements.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and senior-management dashboards; escalate serious incidents.
